Evolution is a recipe of units plus materials. The Evolutions page says it is under revamp, so a missing row is not proof the evolution does not exist.
Recipes I could quote
Katakuri: Mochi (5 star) plus Ruffy (Snake SSS) x1 becomes Mochi (Injured). Mochi (Injured) plus Star Fruit x11 becomes Mochi (Awakening). Police Girl (Vamp) needs Police Girl x3, Darkness Charge x2, Vampire IV x2, and Mina x1. The chat command /e evolve evolves all EXP units. /trade sends you to the trade harbor.
